I just wanted to provide some feedback on my recent experience with David Blundell. We recently sold our property at 302 Colchester Road, Bayswater North. Months before we were ready to sell, we had David come around to assess the home and advise us on what he thought we should do to get it ready for sale. At the same time, we had three other real estate agents do the same. Our choice of using David was clear from about five minutes into his appraisal. Of all the agents that came through, he was the only one that had done extra research on the area and our home, and gave us realistic expectations of what we could expect in sale price. His advice on what to renovate was also invaluable and took into account both our budget and the expectations of the buyers we could expect. After we had renovated our house, we invited David back and he took the time to explain every detail of what we were to expect with the campaign and the auction.
