Anyone who has lived in a home for over 60 years knows what a difficult experience it is to sell their home. David Blundell from Philip Webb Ringwood was very articulate, patient and professional in obtaining the final result.
From the onset David made my husband Rob and I feel at ease that we would obtain the best result possible for my father-in-law whose home we were selling.
David showed attention to detail from the start to the end. From the advertising to the constant updates with us with numbers attending opens and the amount of interest shown via e-mails.
David walked us through every step of the process with patience and at times empathetic support. As the house was going to auction, there was quite a lot of tension on our behalf a few days before auction date. David calmly assured us and ensured that we were well informed with the whole process.
On auction day the reserve price my father-in-law was happy to sell at saw a halter in bidding we decided to drop the reserve price. In the professional manner as previously shown by David the auctioneer and the Philip Webb staff present that day they bought in an amazing result, selling the home in access of our original reserve price.

I just wanted to provide some feedback on my recent experience with David Blundell. We recently sold our property at 302 Colchester Road, Bayswater North. Months before we were ready to sell, we had David come around to assess the home and advise us on what he thought we should do to get it ready for sale. At the same time, we had three other real estate agents do the same. Our choice of using David was clear from about five minutes into his appraisal. Of all the agents that came through, he was the only one that had done extra research on the area and our home, and gave us realistic expectations of what we could expect in sale price. His advice on what to renovate was also invaluable and took into account both our budget and the expectations of the buyers we could expect. After we had renovated our house, we invited David back and he took the time to explain every detail of what we were to expect with the campaign and the auction. Throughout the entire campaign, David was thorough, attentive and informative. He kept us up to date post every open house, and was always available to answer our questions. If David was otherwise disposed, Amy would call us or email us to provide the answers to our questions. All our dealings with Amy were pleasant, we found her to be extremely impressive, professional, and we were very pleased to have her representing our property. In the lead up to the auction, we were
