Prior to joining Philip Webb, Sophie spent 6 years as the Senior Property Manager of Woodards before taking up the role of Director of the Property Management Division of Kay and Burton in South Yarra.
This kind of experience left Sophie well placed to take up a post with the Philip Webb Real Estate Property Management Division. With the department growing at a phenomenal rate following organic growth & the acquisition of several high profile rent rolls in the Eastern suburbs, Sophie saw the challenge of taking on the biggest rent roll in the eastern suburbs as one she simply could not resist.
Currently a Director of the REIV, as well as a certified REIV Trainer and Licensed Real Estate Agent, her involvement in the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) as a long standing member of the Property Management Chapter and a delegate to the Members Council involves her in every area of Property Management. Regularly speaking at Industry events, conferences both National & International and a sought after contributor for comments from the media ensures that the Philip Webb team are up to date with the latest changes & developments in the Industry.
Sophie has a wealth of knowledge in all facets of real estate and has built up a strong reputation within the industry. Her success in property management is founded on a commitment to continuous improvement and her ability to understand exactly what clients want from their managing agent.
