Our Company

In 1972 Philip Webb Real Estate began as a two-man operation in an area of Melbourne that was still making the transition from orchard district to fully-fledged suburb. Today, the company is an industry leader in the eastern suburbs, with offices lining what has become one of Melbourne’s most sought-after residential corridors - in Doncaster East, Mitcham and Ringwood.

Our company is now the largest non-franchise real estate firm in Victoria, employing over 110 talented people and specialising in residential sales, auctioneering, property management, commercial sales and investment.

We didn’t get to where we are today by following the crowd. We’re not into bland “mission statements” and the latest buzz words. But we do stick to a philosophy that says good customer service is more than an objective - it’s a way of doing business.

Our in-house Marketing Department is a team of professional writers, designers and administrators who work closely with our expert Sales and Property Management divisions.

Over the past fifteen years our marketing has been independently commended time and time again. We’ve been a finalist in the Real Estate Institute of Victoria’s prestigious Marketing Awards in every single year since 1994. We’ve also been recognised at the national level by the Australian Marketing Institute, winning major awards in numerous categories over more than a decade.

Philip Webb still takes a hand-on role in running the business he founded nearly 40 years ago. He employs locals, experts in the eastern suburbs who love working with people. That means our agents and property managers are not simply smart negotiators. They’re a customer service team who know that one size doesn’t fit all, that the best real estate experience is a personalised experience.
